Notes: Assisted by an elderly Mexican Jew named Francisco Saluda, Frank Coyle searches for Maria Saluda (she is Francisco’s beautiful niece) and marries her. Set in and around what is now San Antonio, Texas, during the Texas Revolution of 1835-36; there are confrontations with Mexican troops, including the Battle of the Alamo.
