Notes: Among the four memorial tributes to Rev. Oscar C. McCulloch (pp. [230]-50) is one by Rabbi Henry Berkowitz (pp. 245-47). Berkowitz delivered the opening prayer at one of the conference sessions (p. 359). Denver’s Rabbi William S. Friedman, Temple Emanuel, participated in the conference (pp. 337, 380-81, 408). Rabbi I. L. Leucht, New Orleans, is a member of the Conference’s Standing Committee on Immigration and Interstate Migration and is one of five signatories of the Committee’s Report (pp. [76]-89).
